Even the most experienced spa-goers may not know how to prepare for an unfamiliar service. If you are ever unsure or have any questions, always ask. As a general guideline, when changing into a robe for a massage you may choose to remove all of your clothing or leave your underwear on if you are more comfortable. For wraps, scrubs and tanning applications, we provide disposable underwear for the service. For facials, we recommend that you change into a robe for your comfort, as you will be lying in a bed for the service. Since you will be having a light massage of the décolleté during your facial, you may choose to either remove your bra, or, if you are not comfortable, simply pull the straps down.
