Le Petit Spa Teen Facial

Using products that actually inhibit the growth of bacteria in the skin, this facial will clarify skin, remove impurities such as blackheads and pustules (zits) and leave skin comfortable and balanced.

The Le Petit Spa Teen Facial follows a classic European facial including the following steps:

Cleanse - Removes makeup, excess oil and bacteria

Tone - Completes the cleansing step. Removes residue left by cleanser or water, trace elements left by tap water that build up over time causing skin Ph level to change, and returns skin to a balanced Ph level.

Exfoliate - This is the beginning of the deep cleansing portion. Exfoliating your skin removes the layer of dead skin cells, unblocking pores and allowing any impurities to be easily removed in the next step. Exfoliating oily skin or problem skin on a regular basis will also, overtime, help control oil production and balance secretions.

Extractions - A Le Petit Spa esthetician will carefully and gently put pressure around each pore with a professional implement that is used to extract blackheads and other impurities that get stuck in the skin. This allows breakouts to heal and clear up faster, revealing a more unified complexion.

Masque - The active treatment portion of the facial. A facial masque delivers, on average, 70% active ingredients into the skin to give instant results. Whether it’s to control acne, deliver extra hydration to the skin, a masque gives instant results.

Moisturizer - It’s important to moisturize all skin types, even oily skin. When the skin is lacking in moisture, the skin will pump up oil production to protect itself. A moisturizer will prevent your skin from pumping up oil production and causing any breakouts from excess oil.

The Teen Facial at Le Petit Spa uses a moisturizer that controls oil where needed, but moisturizes skin where lacking in hydration, never too think, creamy or heavy. The light gel texture of these products will leave your skin fresh and clean feeling.
